Went to get vaccinations. Very well organised.
Shocking service just waited 2 weeks for telephone consultation. My phone never rang went straight to boicemail for some reason so missed call. Have just spent half an hour on hold to told need to wait another 2 weeks on phonecard. No wonder so many people end up seriously ill or its too late for treatment.service is getting worse.
UPDATE: Put in for a repeat prescription and didnt recieve a confirmation email to say it was ready. Went in to the pharmacist bit to check and was told to call the Drs. 2 HOURS WAITING IN THE QUEUE!!! All for the receptionist to act like she had a stick up her arse and make out as if i hadnt requested it sooner. I explained twice that its been a week and she said how thats impossible because they are signed off by doctors end of every day.
