I transferred from my previous Doctors surgery of over 50 years as i'd moved to Hertford. It's impossible to get to see a doctor here . You phone in, triaged over the phone and then you wait for upto 2 days for a response! How is that of any help . My previous doctor, you could ring in at 8:30 in the morning and someone would see you the same day.

I find the reception staff extremely considerate and helpful. Have only been here a few months so haven't seen any doctors yet, but have been treated very well so far.
