Really poor service from Katherine when requesting a quote to repair damage to my caravan for my insurance company. Was advised to email Katherine direct which I did to no avail. No response whatsoever to the email, two phone calls chasing a response and leaving messages with other employees asking her to contact me. We used Wallace caravans Brokerage service. The positives - They sold our van, and we had no worries about the transfer of payment that we would have had with a private sale. However. If you are considering using this brokerage service, I highly recommend you get your van serviced with them FIRST, and get a copy of the contract before you take your van in. Just purchased a caravan from here, Have to say the service was excellent especially the handover, Would definitely recommend, No pushy sales, we were shown to the van we were interested in and left with the keys to make our own decision. Wouldn't go past here now.
Slipping, badly slipping... My family have been dealing with Wallace for over 30 years and they have been one of the best dealers in the Region, competing with far larger companies with reliable excellence. Last year we bought a second hand van from them and had a great experience.
