The quality of their studio beds are excellent and their customer service is absolutely top-tier. They have helpful assembly guides online that make it very easy to put together, and the piston mechanisms are very well-made, as lifting the bed takes very little effort, making them very accessible. Definitely would shop here again if I need a new Murphy bed in future
Unfortunately, I advise others not to purchase from Wall Bed King. In mid-October, I purchased a White King (150x200) Classic Package with a Cabinet. Due to poorly planned manufacturing switchovers, it wasn't until the end of February that I received all items. A different Murphy bed model (sans cabinet) than the one I originally purchased was sent to us in December, after much pleading on my part, because we had guests arriving (which was the whole reason we ordered it). We have just installed a king size studio bed in our new extension. I have been extremely impressed by the company. Their support is exemplary, so quick to respond and so helpful too. I had to change the date of our delivery and it was no problem at all. The bed itself took 2 people around an hour to install. When we unpacked it there was one small plinth that was damaged but as soon as I contacted Wall Bed King they arranged for a replacement to be sent out and said the driver would fit it. I have been searching for a murphy bed for YEARS, and was finally able to find a good quality bed secondhand. The Wall Bed King Classic Vertical Murphy Bed is great quality and was easy to install on the wall. It was easy to transport and reassemble. The company has some great videos on YouTube to help too. Unfortunately, the bed I got was missing the mattress straps. I reached out to Wall Bed King through their website to purchase the mattress straps to complete my new bed. We purchased a wall bed and what a great product it is. A solid piece of furniture that is very well made. The bed goes up and down very smoothly. We are very happy with this purchase. The assembly instructions are very well written and I put the whole thing together myself, except for putting the mattress on as you need help for that. I had to contact customer services for some advice regarding assembly and they were very helpful. An all round great company.
