I saw a Podiatrist at this clinic last week, I did feel that the fee for the Biomechanical Assessment was very expensive for the treatment that I received (£85.00), I was there for about half an hour, and my posture, walking gait was checked, I received a suspected diagnosis and told that the problem will go in time, not sure when that will be, I just feel that this service was unsatisfactory

I brought my elderly Mum in today to buy shoes which is normally a really bad experience given her challenges, however the ladies could not have been any nicer to Mum or more helpful. We left having chosen two pairs of shoes that they will post to Mum’s care home. Amazing service Ladies, you are awesome!

I had the worst ingrown toenail in human history for two and half years that made my life a misery with the 24/7 pain. The girls behind the counter got Katie to see me straight away for an assessment and booked me in for surgery with Sangeeta two days later. If I’d have know it was going to be that much of a smooth process and pain free, I’d have gone years ago! Absolutely great bunch of girls in there. 10/10 service. Thanks!

I had a treatment done by Katie today. She was excellent and very professional. I felt very comfortable and well cared for, she is very knowledgeable. I left feeling like I was walking on air! The two Ladies who served at the desk were very helpful also. Thank you to the staff I encountered at Walkwel today. The management should be very happy, you are only as good as the staff you employ! I will definitely use them again and will be recommending to any one who has any feet issues.
