Brought my backpack blower in because it would randomly cut off. They worked on it but couldn’t fix it. When I went to pick it up the shop was closed up and the number was disconnected. I have no way to get in contact with them and they still have my $400 backpack blower.
With all due respect, how are people supposed to do business with you if you cant even update your phone number on google. I click call and a vioce tells me this number has been changed and it doesnt know the new number.
So let me start by saying for the record, this shop and everybody that works here are hands down by far the greatest people I’ve ever met. Somebody had recommended walkers to me, so I took them a riding mower a chainsaw and a walk behind trimmer. She told me they were kind of backlog but it would be about 10 days, at the 12 day mark they called and said hey your chainsaw and trimmer are done, we’re waiting on parts for your rider. Down to earth, locally owned shop with top notch, affordable service! Unlike most places they don't snow job you into work that doesn't need to be done. Or try to sell you a new, lawnmower... (or even recommend a new mower - because they're all garbage now).
