I'm sure they might be great at easy obvious fixes. If it gets deep they're lost but try to continue anyhow. Maybe they just don't care anymore. Very poor communication with customer. Kept for 3 months tried to pass off as fixed but failed while driving onto the trailer. They at least refunded most of my money. BE SKEPTICAL. I hoped I could give better review but 1 chance to make first impressions, it the law.
Good service, and dependable all at a reasonable price.
My mower was scalping my yard. Kris told me to bing it down.... it was almost closing time but that does not stop her froom helping a customer...I have seldom given a five star but this shop earned my business. I will use her for all of my small engine products! Keep up the good work... Anniew the parti yorkie dad
I highly recommend this shop for the awesome customer service I received. Parts had to be ordered but Kristin kept me informed of what was going on with the vendor and had the mower fixed the same day the parts came in. They even offer reasonably priced delivery so I had my mower the same evening! Thanks Kristin and Mike!
