A great surgery my mum loves it too
Are there.any actual human doctors in this surgery! It has to be the worst one ive come across,receptionist doesn't even know if or how many are in surgery on the day.totally impossible to get a face to face appointment. I have not seen my doctor for a couple of years now, when I do need to see my doctor I have to fill a form out online for it to be screened by triage and they decide to give you an appointment 2 weeks later not at your doctor's somewhere else on a date I can't make and can not rectify to another date. I run into more negative experiences than positive that’s for sure. This morning, after listening to the automated message telling me to hang up and call 999 if I have chest pains, the receptionist told me my reason for an urgent appointment (depression) wasn’t valid and that it’s more for people with chest pains. Another time I rang up for some test results and the receptionist told me they were “off” and I’d need to come back in 4 weeks for a retest.
