The staff seem quite ok but it is my first visit and the place could do with a face lift inside as I find it appalling
Absolutely lovely place. They take care of the residents excellently, and are really friendly and approachable to both the residents and residents family. The staff include them so much, taking them out on trips or just doing activities at the home with them. Always make sure the residents are okay and keep on top of things such as eye tests and other medical aspects.
