I hope i never have to visit this site again . The staff are so rude , do they not realise people are visiting for maybe the first time and do not know where their service is in the building !!! Then the actual NHS staff , with no compassion or patience , should they be in this role ?? 1 star for me , as Zero was not an option .
First of all there’s no contact number the number on Google takes you to a switchboard that had nothing to do with the gateway. The ultrasound staff have zero compassion and should not be working in a role that requires care and kindness. I honestly worry about the future of medical care.
I had an amazing experience at Walkden Gateway. A worker named Kobe really helped me out with my issue. He kept things light hearted with his humour and made me feel better. It's nice to see someone who genuinely enjoys helping people!!
They don’t have a valid phone number, the number they put is for the council number nothing to do with the GP.
