It's a catch 22. The service manager is great, but the general and sales manager and brand do not stand behind their product. We bought a 2020 Explorer and the transmission temperature unit failed last November. The car is not the same. We've lost all confidence in it and the sales manager offered us to pay $10,000 more for the same exact car as a swap. A $10k drop says you don't value customers or your own brand.
RecommendedAs usual, the staff was courteous and professional, and the services were finished promptly. I've never experienced anything less than quality service during any of my visits. Keep up the great work!

Highest marks to Waldorf Ford, its Uses Sales Managers Jim Cantor and Bob Austin, and Aaron (I believe) in the Finance Department. My wife and I set our sights on a lovely Ford Escape on Thursday. We talked to Jim on Thursday, gave him our limits and desires, and by mid-day Friday, we drove it off the lot without a single hitch.
