Our favourite Supermarket after recently moving to the area we were delighted to find the Rustington Waitrose close to our new home the staff are lovely and friendly the carpark is spacious could not be more pleased with thus Waitrose on our doorstep.
Great little Waitrose.
Store layout is awful. No simple gluten free flour. Very expensive. Would rather see basic goods at affordable prices. Still don't like the place. Don't see any point in having a loyalty card, you get nothing.
Disappointing. Popped in at 07:32 when it opened and before work, was shocked to see the majority of shelves decimated from the previous day.... Particularly fruit and vegetables. Not really acceptable, noticeable amount of staff but none seemed overly concerned or with any sort of purpose. As I say disappointing and had to go to Sainsbury's instead.
