Enjoyed working with Matt Spencer In sales, came in to test drive, loved the highlander, said where I was at in price and wanting for my trade and couldn’t resist the offer and committed the next business day and drove off in my new vehicle with a total of 1 hour invested. Got my second vehicle and the experience was just like the first. Great people who treat everyone right and appreciate making you the first priority. If anyone is looking for a vehicle new or used you have to go here first and pretty sure you'll walk out with what you want. I so far dealt with Jon and Jessica who were both amazing but did notice the reps were on the same page.
Jon Keggins is great! This is my second car bought from him and I make the drive from the Binghamton, area just to buy from him. My local dealer couldn't come close to the deal I received and this is the second time this has happened! My daughter and son-in-law both get their vehicles from him so this is a family affair now. I highly recommend Waite Toyota and Jon Keggins for any cars anyone needs!! It's worth the drive!
The service is impeccable. Everyone who works here is obliging. I’ve bought a Camry and two Tundras from here and l would be foolish to go elsewhere. They make the buying and trading process straight forward and effortless, while not overwhelming you as soon as you reach the lot. Truly an excellent group of people to deal with.
