I had a set of 4 sessions with Wahida in Wokingham after getting nowhere with another hypnotherapist. Despite some scepticism on my part she used light hypnosis and some other incredible techniques and very quickly fixed my problem. I’d recommend her.

Therapy with Wahida has helped me immensely. It's been quite some time now and I feel great - anxiety and other negative feelings are gone. She helped me to get to the cause of it all and now it's all sorted - I'm at peace, relaxed and just getting on with my life as usual. Wahida was so friendly and professional, I had tried many different types of therapy over 13 years but thankfully I found Wahida and hypnotherapy. Couldn't recommend Wahida enough.

Would highly recommend Wahida. She had a great way to make you feel comfortable and at ease with her. Results are amazing too.
