Ed completed my home inspection and I was extremely pleased. He was very helpful in pointing everything out to me as we walked through the house. He took the time to make sure I understood his findings and to answer all of my questions. Ed also helped me prioritize which findings were the most important, which I found incredibly helpful given I'm a first time home buyer and the inspection process can be a little overwhelming. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone looking for a home inspector.
First and foremost my husband and myself can't thank Ed enough for having our best interests at heart when he inspected our potential home. Because of his expertise and attention to detail we were able to walk away from a very costly investment. During the inspection process Ed was very informative and inspected the property as if he were buying it himself. We wouldn't think of considering buying a home without having Ed inspect it first.
I've been a Realtor for a very long time and Ed Wagner is an excellent inspector and the only one I ever recommend. He is very thorough and excellent with all my buyers. I've never met another inspector that even came close to as good as Ed.
Very through in his inspection, did not miss a beat! Professional to a T, and explained everything that was asked. Being this is my second home I have bought and having experienced other inspectors I am beyond happy with my choice! And when buying again will be using this service!
I would certainly recommend Ed for anyone's home inspection. He was very thorough and gave us some good recommendations on how to address some issues that came up. The report was also very informative and he delivered it a day or two after the inspection which was great.

I would recommend Ed to anyone needing a home inspection! He was friendly, didn't talk down to us, but provided clear explanations of everything. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable in all aspects - but was honest if he didn't know the answer to a question. In my opinion one of the best inspectors in the business , unless I'm on the listing side (winky face). His reports set the bar in the area.
