RecommendedEd was great to work with! He maintained safety during this weird COVID time while still allowing us to follow him around and take notes. His explanations during the inspection were very thorough and clear as was his report. Ed is obviously very experienced! He was super friendly, objective, and patient with all of our questions. I'd definitely hire him again and I would recommend him!
Ed was wonderful to work with. He gave us very detailed explanations of the issues with the home we were looking to purchase. He was unbiased and diplomatic with his insights which helped to not cloud our judgement, but made it easy to make a confident, informed decision. I would highly recommend Ed, and can say my wife and I will be working with him for any of our future property inspections.
Ed provided a detailed mold test report and Analysis for our house. Ed was very responsive, timely and knowledgeable. All lab work was provided about as week after testing, Ed has been quite helpful and available for discussion and answers to questions. I would recommend him.
