This is the second time we have used Wagner Inspection to evaluate the condition of properties we were considering purchasing. My Brother had recommended Ed's company to us and we could not have been happier with the thorough, detailed inspections and the quick turn around of his inspection reports. I would recommend Mr. Wagner 1000%. Extremely knowlegable, thorough and detailed. He left no stones unturned and methodically and diligently uncovered defects and damage in the home despite the sellers attempt to cover some up! Ed saved us from potentially a six figure nightmare! Great inspector!! Saved us from buying a couple houses with pitfalls and would cost us a lot of money down the road. It's also a great learning experience going on a visual inspection walk through. He goes above and beyond to make sure you understand and to buy a safe home to live in for 30+ years.
Ed came out to do the home inspection for a house we were interested in buying.
