I used wade and wade when purchasing a property December 2024, they were fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The turn around time was incredible and they closed for me within weeks, really impressed and will use them again in the future.
1 star simply because I can’t give them 0 stars. My partner employed them to do the paperwork for the property, and he had the worst experience. They are unprofessional, rude, and never reply to any emails and calls. Waste of money and time, especially if you’re a first time buyer. Will be reporting them to the authorities.
Dealing with our conveyancing, they are very reasonable priced and diligent, would definitely recommend!!

A wonderful firm, they genuinely care and support clients unbelievably. Kelly & Rhiannon's team's are incredible and I can hand on heart say everyone I've spoken too at the firm gave it their all. If you're looking for a firm that care's and updates you along every step of the way, instruct them!
