For me, it was the first and worst experience after my baby was born, I went for a heel prick test, the nurse was super rude, and judged my baby, squeezing it several times very hard, throwing things on the table. It was horrible, I didn't have to leave there when I was so traumatized, I took someone with me who witnessed everything I experienced.

Lovely midwifes who are attentive and friendly. I've felt at ease throughout my whole pregnancy (first time) & look forward to meeting my little one soon.
