I have been with Waddesdon Surgery and Dr Langston now for over 10 years and consider myself and my family to have such a kind caring surgery looking after us all.
Poor communication between staff and patients.
Feel really blessed to have such a wonderful doctors surgery. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, as are pharmacists! And the Doctors and nurses are fantastic. I feel like they all genuinely care.
Staff here work so hard for the patients and often are unappreciated. Comments like Steve H made recently are unjustified and nasty and to target individuals as "vile" and "old lady" is bullying and cowardly. These "vile and old people" keep this place going, without them you would soon appreciate what they do. Just chill! Post note: Steve H comment has now been removed since i posted this.
