I don’t know how I feel about this car wash. I have visited twice to get my car washed (relatively new- barely 2 months old) & on both occasions there seem to be the same issues I have to address once I’m home. As you can see, there’s this black speckles that stains the car and there are significant amount of dirt left on the car that I have to hand wash at home which defeat the purpose of me getting the premium service I paid for. Friendly staff!
I thought it was odd that the first hand brush wash only washed half of my window, the guy that set me straight didn't hand brush wash me at all. I was concerned when the large truck behind me seemed to come in immediately behind me but was already in the process, so what to do? Then the car wash stopped. Completely.
