Very polite and helpful staff - there was a small problem with one of the items we ordered, (not their fault), which they sorted out for me quickly and efficiently.
Superb quality fittings and great prices! I’ve recently been doing a two bathroom renovation and Leon was so helpful in selecting the perfect fittings for my job and the price he could give was extremely good - I was absolutely delighted! And being nearby meant that any issues I could pop in. When the fitters broke a sink pedestal Leon got a replacement super fast and again at a great price. Really good store - they know their stuff and have access to a great range of quality products. After sales support was excellent too - even when we had an issue with a part that was installed over a year ago.
