I called Charlie for a quick job I required doing at short notice whilst building our house extension, and despite him being busy and me never having used him before, he went out of his way to help. When he arrived he worked quickly and did an excellent job which really helped me out of a fix. This lead to me asking him to replace our boiler which was 24 years old and on the way out.
