You guys literally use 2-3 trees per book you send out X the # of books you send to each business. Maybe you should try and help save the planet by using the internet like the rest of the world instead of killing it.
Your policy on shipping should be re-considered. We paid a lot of money for shipping (more than what the product even cost). We are now 3 days late on the delivery, with no attempt to contact anyone. I have asked for a shipping credit and cannot be given because it was not at the fault of Grainger. Terribly disappointing, your shipping company is a reflection of your company. I will be taking our business elsewhere.
