Delivery date of bearings was October 17. Items not shipped until the 17th. Customer service said delivery dates are only estimated- even though they say “expected to arrive”.

I called klien and they told me to go to this store, they refused to replace my klien side cutters, I had klien call them, but Insted drove to white cap up the road and had them replaced no hassle, then the lady at klien was sir you can go back, I said to late, I'll never go back, and I'll let all my union rodbusters know, they'll get the run around, so go to white cap
