We ordered a 4x8 grate for our dock walkway. When it did not arrive on the scheduled date, we contacted Grainger who said that UPS lost it in shipping. They would send us another by fed ex. The item arrived severally damaged and without packaging. We contacted grainger again and they said they would ship it to the Orlando outlet so we could pick it up there. Have been to Granger several times and they never have anything in stock a simple inch and 8th socket they do not have this is my last time going to Granger and letting the other 150 service technicians aware of this but they already kjow.

I ordered an item from Grainger, when I received the item it was not as described on the site. I sent an email to them over a week ago about it and have still not heard anything from them. I will not buy from them again. Very poor costumer service
they have everything that you could possibly want or need on a jobsite.. i use them often
