somebody from you store told my father that a unit would be able to do more than it actually can. on top of that someone from customer service told him a week ago that he could return it and now is someone else said he can't. he's gunna try bringing to the where they told him that the unit was enough and I guess they'll go from there. just not good business practice.

Special order a part that I need and I know that you can get because grainger is a watts distributor. Part Number: 0915527 1/2 111-125 pressure relief valve. I called in and they said they know what it is but can't obtain it because i don't have the proper account. I asked what is the proper account, replied "I don't know, thats above my pay grade".
