I ordered a set of fork extensions that were supposed to be in Thursday by 2:30. I called Friday morning and they still had not arrived but said they should come in that day. I finally received an email around 3pm that they were in so I headed to the store an hour and a half away. I searched for directions about half way and found out the store closes at 4pm. I called the only number I could find only to be told I couldn't talk to anyone at the stot because they don't take calls and of course they didn't respond to messages.... read more

I believe that some of the sales team really understands partnerships but the credit side does not have a clue. I have a small business but I purchase over $200K for the last 3 years and now credit is not working with my growth my sales rep is trying but has no leverage maybe next year when they can’t replace the numbers from my account they can find leverage
