Recently took my T5 here for diagnostic + full service the team were great, transparent throughout about what they were going to do and the what they would do to rectify the fault once found and any service advisories. Professional throughout Couldn’t recommend more.

would have been better off going to main dealer. I booked my Transporter in for a service andd MOT and asked about the Reduce oil level warning light. Paid for service and MOT, got advised to pay another £500 for a dpf clean. no fix advised for oil level warning light 67 miles after the service the pile level warning light came on again.
Great service, technician checked van and they explained the problem and what was required, booked van in for the work, again excellent service with work completed promptly. Update. Had full service, cam belt, mot. Again great service, clearly explained everything. Update to previous review. Another 5* review, van in for service and Mot, very professional service, great communication thoroughly explained what was required. Now located in new and larger workshop.
Booked my van for an major service , couldn't fault the place . Reasonable priced , good communication.
