Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto. Le camere erano esattamente come mostrate nei video: pulite, curate nei dettagli e molto accoglienti. Il servizio è stato ottimo sotto ogni aspetto. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, tornerò sicuramente!
I have recently relocating to London, and after dealing with multiple disappointing real estate agencies I finally found a great one. My agent, Vincenzo, was nothing but great! The room was clean and in perfect condition and Vincenzo was always available (even while he was on holiday) to help me with any question or need I might have. Whenever I had a problem with the room, Vincenzo fixed it very quickly. The whole team is extremely professional so I cannot recommend them more!
I found my room on SpareRoom and contacted Daniela. At first, I wasn’t completely sure because I wanted to arrive in London and do viewings in person. Daniela offered me the option of a video call, and after confirming everything was real, I felt safe continuing with the room reservation while still in my home country. I had been looking for a room for so long and couldn’t find anything within my budget that was also central and worth it. This agency gave me plenty of options to choose from in Zone 1. I really liked that I could do everything online, as I was on holiday and needed to sort out my stay as soon as possible.
