I love my place. Friendly staff, great people, great location! Security is too notch! Love the gym and the pool! It’s a Block away from Brickell ave right next to SLS. The views are amazing of the city especially at night! Highly recommended

The building is beautiful and the location is great, but the management is beyond horrendous. They have send out all sorts of notes about noise and timely hours, but do not accommodate all tenants. If you work from home, this should be your LAST pick. Construction noises all day, and management will just say theres nothing they can do, all while giving you a run around. It seems they are only concerned with the OWNERS and not tenants. In my year here, I have seen a turn over of management and ALL desk staff. They are slow to... read more
