I ordered a part over the phone and was given a specific date to collect it. When I arrived, I was told the part had never been ordered. I had to reorder it, and again, I was given a date for collection. On the day of pickup, I called ahead and was told they close at 6 PM. I arrived at 5:30 PM, but the parts department was already closed, while the sales department was still open.
