Unfortunately I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. What should have been simple, innocuous call instead turned into the lady making rude comments and constantly interrupting.
I hardly even put a review online however I feel as though my short experience on the phone was so awful I had to. The customer service I received was dreadful. I was just trying to enquire about a reference and the woman on the phone spoke over me and and was very rude. Would not recommend at all.
Absolutely useless referencing, treat tenants very unfairly and make them feel like they are renting Windsor castle, not a one bedroom house.
Absolutely fantastic service! Sharon went out of her way to explain fully how the tenant referencing service works and was able to answer all of my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. She is a credit to your business! I fully recommend Vorensys to anyone seeking a tenant or lodger reference check.
