Reading the reviews on here has helped me understand what just happened on my emails and singular call to this company as i am still quite perturbed, the woman on the phone is quite simply a horrible person for no reason, she tried to talk over me, would not listen to why I actually called and when i questioned why, she literally said she was going to hang up now because I am being aggressive and rude when she literally did that to me! Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. The emails exchanged were borderline professional, without a hint of help. Essentially, they provide a service for referencing that for difficult cases can be manual, but tend to avoid helping you if you don't posses ONLY THE DOCUMENTS THEY NEED. Wouldn't recommend landlords to work with that agency.
Following my telephone enquiry, Adam Cheshire, returned my call this morning, and I have to say he was most courteous and knowledgeable, and clarified the point I needed to understand. Very good customer service.
Great referencing company. They are easy going,efficient, honest and good value for money. They make Agents life a bit easier. Highly recommend for all letting agents.
