Great referencing company. They are easy going,efficient, honest and good value for money. They make Agents life a bit easier. Highly recommend for all letting agents.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Adam. He is very dedicated, polite and efficient in responding to questions. We have been using them for nearly a year now. They take the pressure of letting agent shoulders to ensure we provide the best possible service for landlords. Highly recommend them. Five star job.
Unfortunately I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. What should have been simple, innocuous call instead turned into the lady making rude comments and constantly interrupting.
I hardly even put a review online however I feel as though my short experience on the phone was so awful I had to. The customer service I received was dreadful. I was just trying to enquire about a reference and the woman on the phone spoke over me and and was very rude. Would not recommend at all.
Absolutely useless referencing, treat tenants very unfairly and make them feel like they are renting Windsor castle, not a one bedroom house.
