I received a prompt reply from salesman Andy Thompson and he waited for me to get there after work. I looked at a 2014 Honda Civic and had hoped to be approved for credit. I was not but this also was late evening. We discussed finding a different car that would work for my potential approval and budget and called it a day. Vehicle was sold already. Bow tie followed up to find another. Ford F-150 was sold but Willie "Bow-Tie" was kind to offer finding another.
Excellent customer service, the car just wasn't for me. After doing some research, it appears this may not be a Series.Blue as well, which is disappointing.
Contacted me the next day and I test drove two cars that I was considering and made a definite choice.
