Amazing car buying experience! They were super friendly and helpful. Usually car shopping is a stressful process, but they made a very comfortable, stress free environment. I can't rave about them enough, nor can figure out how to explain how wonderful they were. I highly recommend them at Volvo of Louisville.

Everyone there was nice and professional even when I got there later in day. The people needed stayed after hrs to complete the paper work and get the rental car back to rental place. Did everything I needed to clean car with no cleaners with health stuff I asked for.

The salesman who contacted us was great. He worked with us to negotiate a good price for a nice car. When we went in to see the car, there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. Ultimately, their car was our second choice and even though we did not buy a car from them I think the purchase experience would have been okay.
