They got back very quickly thanks to Lisa Neal for trying her best to answer all my questions. No fault of theirs I could not deal this time hopefully in near future. They did a great job with good pricing.

Good car, good deal.
Salesman pulled out every trick in the book. Asked me to put a deposit down, told me someone just called about the vehicle, tried to crush me on my trade, we're wanting to put me in a car 130% to value. I asked him if he would do the deal and he skated around the answer. Early on the deal was done but the salesman blew it the longer I was there. I expected more out of Lexus of Louisville. I will never return.
