Its was mad hot today, 34c, popped in and asked for a drink of water. The Volvo lady was very nice and gave an ice cold bottle of water. Heaven! Small things matter. Thanks Volvo.
A really good and professional service with a great team
Customer service was excellent; Anne-Marie is very polite and helpful. The service was quick and whilst they don’t offer courtesy cars nor cleaning services (both of which I pay for through my service plan), the experience was far better than North London where I usually have my car serviced. I’d definitely return to the Central London one. They seem much more efficient and organised. Unfortunately, there were a few issues which could not be managed on site so taken a star off for this.
