Unfortunate experience after positive customer service. The lady on the phone is very polite,staff seem friedly initially. Had car booked in for an EV service in the morning. When I dropped the car off they said they were a little behind. Waited 90 minutes at near by cafe, went back to be told no wotk has started and id have to wait a further 3 hours before mine would even go in. Id allready called ahead to confirm my time and nobody had told me that they are 5 hours behind, so a complete waste of time. Ended up having to le... read more

I have been a customer of Mark's for over 20 years and trusted many different motors to his garage. The work has always been completed to a high standard. My vehicles always being returned clean and any repairs completed satisfactorily. I can recommend the service from this family owned business.

Great EV repair shop its normally a struggle to find anyone who can work on Electric cars, took my Audi Etron 5star from me. Expect to wait obviously, but far cheaper than main dealers when EV is five years old

MOT done on time without any issues. The receptionist is a very friendly and helpful person. I was happy with their service.
