Excellent dealings with Raul, really supportive and helpful.
Place an order on the 17th April and it's now the 28th and still not received. Website suggests 2 to 4 days for delivery. On this occasion they've fallen well short of expectations. They also never seen to answer their phones, although someone does usually call back at some point.

Really poor service from this company, a 10k system that has been faulty from day one. Now they won't even reply to my emails. Now I have to take them to court. Please, for your own sanity do not use this company.
