Simply don't communicate, it took me 3 days to get them on the phone, didn't return my call when a message left and had to ring central reservations and get them to transfer me to get to speak to them, won't be coming back as this is the third time I have experienced this!
Started ringing Service department at 9:10 its now 9:56 and still no-one answering on any of the three options - Ill go elsewhere - and no, I dont need a response on here saying "sorry, our staff are busy, off ill, having a brew blah, blah blah" - its called customer service and your 1 star reviews are evidently truthful! Treat clients with respect and youll get it back! Pathetic

Still chasing the second key promised with the Crafter I had from here two years ago.
Van went in for passenger side seatbelt buckle (latch wasn’t working) diagnosed/parts was ordered on previous service. 6 DAYS they had it And wouldn’t answer the phone and kept coming out with lies. I’ve been a mechanic for 37years so I know they’re lying to me can’t believe a main dealer can get away with this service SHOCKING !
