Your team was lovely to work with. I had to bring my car back a couple of times in one day because they had forgotten to give me temporary plates, they had left a transmitter on my key, tape residue was left along the back bumper, and there was oil on the visor... Excellent customer service. I've leased 4 cars now from this dealership. Working with josh sahr is always great. This time around was different. Jay Frank is a hands on, customer service based, GM. His presence is positive to this dealership. It was overall the best experience so far. He keeps it real, and when leasing a car, it's nice to be treated equal.

I was able to get the battery replaced in less than an hour, I was even offered a bottled water why I waited. I have been very pleased with the service far on my 2010 VW passat. Gary is and excellent service adviser.
