My service representative, Mike (I thnk that is his name) was very kind and helpful and definitelymade an effort to get my car in and out within my time limitations. I came back the next day fortinting to be fixed on my window, and he was just as helpful then. Really good guy.
I always appreciate my service advisor's (Gary Harriss) good attitude and concern about my vehicle's needs.
I was having a horrible time with another vw service center, they either didnt see the problem i was explaining or they didnt care, i was wondering if i would ever get my problem fixed. At archer things went smooth as silk, they knew what i was trying to fix, and what to look at to fix it. Next time im not wasting anytime at another dealership, im taking it straight to archer.
Was told it would take 3-4 hours on the phone, when I got to the dealership they said it would take 2.5 hours. It only took 2, that was very appreciated!
This process was so simple and easy that I took the offer that was presented to me! I had other options when choosing a new car, but your establishments and the people that work for your are the reason I go with Archer. Your staff are exceptional and I truly appreciate how hard Josh worked to get us exactly what we wanted plus more.
I really like the guys at the parts department. Most likely the part I am looking for is not in stock, but it will only take them 1 or 2 days to get it for me at a great price. Daniel in the service department has always listen to my needs and have done his best to accommodate my appointments for service. Also, props to Doug. If it wasn't for him, my car would not be running as smooth as is.
The entire process was exceptional, outstanding! Loved my new car!
