I'm still in shock that I had such a pleasant experience with a car dealership. First off, best prices in Houston period! I shopped around for the best deal that I could find for my 2012 Beetle. I had an insider at another Houston VW dealership tell me that no one could give me the deal that Archer was offering. The staff was great. Friendly service and great sales team. Fast and great results
Sales are A-1,but dont expect good service after sales Service dept has no interest,in solving a service problem.It is apparent that they lack proper training,in service after sales.I had a problem,that I had from delivery,of new vehicle.I returned 2 times ,to have corrected.I had to finally,go to after market service to have solved,and corrected. This is terribly wrong for,this lack of concern,on behalf of dealer.
I was truly pleased with the level of service from Archer Volkswagen! My service consultant, Daniel, went above and beyond his way to provide quality service to me. I just purchased my vehicle and he took the time to show me the "bells and whistles" of the car! the work done on my car was accurate and it was returned cleaned! I would have never known! I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Archer Volkswagen.
