Had an appt on Sat 1/5 at 8 am to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I came to pick up my car a couple of hours later, I was told that they did not rotate my tires because I needed new tires and they did not want to waste my money. I was very appreciative of this. Most places would have rotated the tires anyway. Thank you for your honesty. I will be back to have new tires put on my car at your store. thanks again

Chandra helped me with a warranty issue. She was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to make it easy for me. Great addition to your team. The only issue whatsoever is that your service team (not the mechanics) don't seem that knowledgeable about the Passat TDI. Since this is my first TDI (my 3rd Passat) I had questions about the differences between the gas and diesel model. People didn't really know the answers. They were willing to find out which was good though.
Danny B. went out of his way to help me and my roomate to get the best possible deal for purchasing my first car on my own.
