Before I begin, I have to admit that I can't stand car dealerships in general. It all stems from a horrible experience that I had years ago in a Ford store that left scars that still ache. I could go on for hours in regards to that sour experience but I don't want to take away from the refreshing change I experienced today. The VW service has been great..,I have bought 3 cars from them and they have always been super nice and helpful. All my work was under warranty but the service managers Bill and Mike have been outstanding. The manager Mike Sullivan has always been extremely fair when it comes to buying your car. The Nissan side I have no experience with so I can't say anything about them...
Once I decided to purchase my vehicle. I chose this dealership over another that was closer to my home. I was not disappointed. They even gave me turn by turn directions to the dealership. Mr. Bass was very much the professional. Much appreciated as a female buyer. Thank you.
