I had the best experiance here at Cardinale Way vw... Chase Joiner (the sales manager) was completely straight forward in our purchasing experience, he went above and beyond for us. If your looking for the right price, friendly ness , and just overall great people go buy from cardinale way .. Leslie and Mitch were also great.. Couldnt of been happier with the overall purchasing experiance.
Service advisor, Mark, was friendly and effectively communicated to me the issue with the vehicle. Shuttle driver, Tony, was friendly and timely in providing transportation to and from my office. My vehicle was washed.
I have never felt it important to send in a review of a company I have done business with but I think with the service I received from Cardinaleway has caused me to come and make it known how satisfied I am. I am a neighbor of Laurence Gray,I have a different vehicle than he sells. One morning he saw I was having car trouble,he knew enough about my van to get it started had me bring it to his dealership, they fix the problem, which was minor, washed my van and Laurence's sales manager told me to think of them when I need any servicing! No charge, I was blown away! Great people

When i went to this dealer I was a bit apprehensive as I would be going to any dealer, but I had no reason to be. The sales professional, and let me emphasize professionals treated me with the nothing but respect. They were not pushy, made me comfortable as soon as i walked in. This was truly my first non threatening, worry, haggle free car dealer environment I had ever been too. I would most certainly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.
