I just wanted to write a review for Bridget Stennis at Volkswagen Santa Monica. She made the process of finding the perfect car easy and seamless. She was extremely helpful and went over and beyond in terms of professionalism, honesty and customer service. She is readily available via email, phone, and text. Highly recommend to request her. 4pm on Tuesday I expressed interest in a car, got a phone call 5 minutes later from Arash in sales, arrived at the dealership about 730pm and we drove off by 10 pm with a great car, a great deal, good money for our trade, and a bunch of new friends! Wouldn't change a thing...A bunch of pros who know what it takes to make a customer truly impressed!
