I brought my car in as it had started to shudder when I changed gear. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted and directed to Odell Hadley as someone who could help me. He explained what I would and wouldn't be paying for, all with a cheerful attitude that made the experience as painless as possible. He offered the use of the shuttle to take back to work and let me know he would call me when my car was ready. Good service and timely return. Peyman Kahen was helpful and didn't push me to buy anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. Also not far from an expo station which is nice.
I had a great experience with vw S. monica. Peyman was my service advisor and he was professional and very helpful.
Carlos Fuentes is a true hero. He could tell I was in total distress mode and took charge. By simply having courteous conversations with me, he was able to get a better understanding of my car's issues, but more importantly mine too. His determination to resolve my car's issues as well as mine was truly comforting. He is more than your average advisor, he is an expert in understanding the human condition. I can simply praise this dedicated young man and say thank you to a job well done.
