Just turned in our Jetta TD1. After our disappointment based on the diesel revelations, Alexander Gross made the shopping experience so easy and friendly. He took his time to acquaint me with the eGolf and helped me get a great deal. Going from diesel to electric felt right for our family and we are happy to continue as a part of the VW Santa Monica family.

I have had such positive experiences at VW Santa Monica, polite and friendly Rod Aqveveque was my point person and was very informed on exactly what service I needed for my Passat. I arrive at 7:10 for my scheduled appt. and when came back at 9:20 and told Rod I had a 10am appt. nearby he made sure my car was ready! Thank you Rod!
