I had a wonderful experience with my last car checkup and servicing. I had arrived 15 minutes before 7am and My service person, Odell Hadley, met me and got things going, even though I was early. He escorted me each step of the way, was clear, listened thoroughly, made sure I had my coffee and was comfortable while I waited. Odell took time with me to explain the estimate and to give the best discount available, and checked in on me keeping me updated. Odell is one of the biggest reasons I buy VW. Thank you.
I had a terrific experience at VSM. Luke Young took very good care of me after my car was towed in for unexpected work. He took the time to call and tell me the car arrived; that he would be sure to follow up on what was being done; and reach me when the service was complete. Although I didn't like the fact that, when all was said and done, the battery, which was causing all the problems, was not covered under warranty, it wasn't Luke's fault; he explained everything to my satisfaction. There's a lot of detail to this review, but I'm going to try to keep it short. When I bought my "Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen" from Santa Monica Volkswagen, they screwed up MULTIPLE times, where I had to go back *THREE* times *AFTER* I had bought the car. Speedy and excellent service. Was driving from CA to AZ and ended up with a flat tire. Had my tires changed and rotated so that I was back on the road in no time. Kyle Lewis, Odell, and Jaun provided excellent assistance and were very friendly. Would definitely go there for car service if I was passing through the area again.

I took my Jetta wagon to Santa Monica Volkswagen yesterday to find out what was wrong with the radio. I like that I was able to book an appointment in advance. Kyle Lewis was assigned as my service agent and I will be sure to ask for him again. He was friendly and professional and made sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner.
