He told me exactly what diagnostics would be performed, and took care to inform me when the car was ready for pickup - and gave me further explanation when I came for the car. That is very important for budgeting and for peace of mind.
I enjoyed my purchasing experience here. I bought my baby Golf SE back in August and I know I was sucking all the patience out of my Sales Person and Finance Manager, I had so many questions, it was my first time buying a brand new car, but they were very patient and supportive and I was very appreciative of all the help they provided. It was delightful. I felt zero pressure, just business :). They had good inventory to chose from too. Thank you guys <3
Odell Hadley should train people in customer service. He was professional, informative and charming. It's really nice to be helped by someone who is clearly a people-person.
EMERSON IS THE BESTTTT! Been going to him for 5 years now and not only does he give me great deals, he works with my budget to tell me when a good time is to fix something, when to start saving up, etc. LOVE HIM. Hiiiiighly recommend!!!
